It has been discovered that the Event Questionnaire form sent to event hosts was reproduced without a printed second side! The second side includes space for racing event submissions, descriptions of ride listing parameters, and a signature space for those who wish to be listed as Supporting Rides.
Event hosts may visit our Support page to retrieve complete forms for submissions, even using the “fillable” feature which allows completion and printing of the form via computer. Find the form here: https://ohio.bike/support/
