We’re off to a flying start collecting information for the 2023 edition of the Ohio Bicycle Events Calendar. This will be the 40th annual issue. To gather the information we need, in November we mail questionnaire forms to the previous year’s ride contacts and to bicycle clubs, in case they’re starting something new. As usual, we are beginning our annual Calendar project with a post-Thanksgiving mailing to bicycle clubs and ride hosts. Completed Event Listing Questionnaires provide us with the information we need to assemble the annual listings of events for late-February to early March publication. Today we posted the Ohio Bicycle Events Calendar “2015 Event Questionnaire” to our Event Support Page. A completed Questionnaire is a requirement for listing in the upcoming Calendar. We will be mailing printed copies of the Questionnaire package next week to all events listed in the 2014 Calendar for which we have postal addresses. A fillable PDF form allows users to open the document with Adobe Reader or comparable software, type (or tap) information into the form, then print the form for mailing to our editorial office.
