It’s that time of year!

As usual, we are beginning our annual Calendar project with a post-Thanksgiving mailing to bicycle clubs and ride hosts. Completed Event Listing Questionnaires provide us with the information we need to assemble the annual listings of events for late-February to early March publication. 2017 Questionnaires Mailed!

The Event Questionnaires for the 2017 edition of the Ohio Bicycle Events Calendar were mailed today! Event contacts and bicycle club officials should begin receiving our mailing on Friday, November 25. The packages were mailed to every event listed in our 2016 edition (provided we have a mailing address), and to every Ohio bicycle club for which we have a mailing address. Cover photo wanted!

Although technically past our deadline, we’re still seeking an excellent image for the cover of the 2015 Ohio Bicycle Events Calendar. The image should depict cycling in Ohio and show actual riding — no trophy presentations, food lines, etc. — and safe cycling practice. Image orientation should be “portrait,” aka vertical, in order to fit the cover. The photographer or artist (image doesn’t need to be a photograph) will be paid for…
